The Macron Law facilitates banking mobility for individuals and access to credit for businesses.

The easing of banking mobility conditions The conditions related to banking mobility for individuals have been considerably eased. At the same time, credit institutions are now subject to an obligation to provide their customers with access to free and unconditional documentation on banking mobility. The introduction of inter-company credit Conditions for inter-company credit have been introduced, allowing certain corporate forms (SAS or SARL under French law) whose accounts are certified by an auditor, to grant short-term loans (less than two years) to micro-enterprises, SMEs or medium-sized companies with which they have economic links that justify it.
