Pour la troisième année, la Revue des Notaires vous propose un numéro d'été juillet-août après lequel nous nous retrouverons en septembre au moment du 103 ème Congrès.
D'ores et déjà, Christian Lefèbvre, le Président du 103ème Congrès des Notaires et Pierre-Jean Meyssan, son Rapporteur Général, ont pris le temps de répondre aux questions de la Revue des Notaires. Deux mois avant l'évènement, ils nous fournissent un éclairage précieux sur tout ce que recouvre le thème de la Division de l'immeuble . Les travaux des commissions promettent d'être passionnants. Nous ne doutons pas, qu'une fois de plus, les travaux du Congrès seront d'une grande utilité pour toute la profession et constitueront une base de réflexion et de propositions pour les pouvoirs publics.
